Product Owner (Agile / Scrum / SAFe)
Responsible, since inception, for a tool for the Procurement function of the Logistics division of Siemens Smart Infrastructure (Zug, CH);
- I orchestrate a team of 10+ developers’ (initially 4) working with multiple technologies: SAP, HANA, SQL, MS Dynamics, MS Azure, ADF and others.
- This tool now mediates 10 M€ of orders annually, used by 1000+ users in 16 EU countries. Soon to expand to the Middle East.
- The toll is also subject to solid financial and IT risk controls.
- 9 Months from 1st sprint planning to 1st action materializing the tool value in production environment
